Warning
24. Companies are warned that any evidence of false descriptions in respect of applications for export authorizations, of manipulation in costing details submitted to accountants or to the Department, or of substitution of goods not approved, may render them ineligible to apply for any further allocation under this or future High Hong Kong Cost Content Schemes. In addition, if the offending company holds quota, consideration will also be given to removing its name from the Department's register of quota holders for the British market.
