Allocation
With reference to Notice to Exporters, Series 1 (Britain): No.6/69 of 7th March, 1969, applications received exceeded the total yardage available for Group IV (3,090,903 square yards) as notified. Applications not accompanied by documentary evidence of firm orders have been rejected.

The final position regarding allocation of yardage available for the second quarter is tabulated at the enclosure to this Notice.
Category cut-off levels are detailed in column (e) of the enclosure. This means that all those applications attaining a Hong Kong cost content higher than the respective category cut-off levels will be fully approved; applications attaining a Hong Kong cost content equivalent to the cut-off levels for the relevant categories will only receive a pro-rated share of the quantities applied for, as shown in column (f) of the enclosure.
