17. After inspection the goods will be stored in the Hong Kong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company's premises pending export. They will not be permitted to leave those premises for storage elsewhere.
Warning
18. Companies are warned that any evidence of false descriptions in respect of applications for export authorizations or of substitution of goods not approved will result in the summary rejection of such appli- cations and render applicant companies ineligible to apply for further allocations under this or future High Hong Kong Cost Content Schemes. In addition, if the offending company holds quota, consideration will also be given to removing its name from the Department's register of quota holders for the British market.

Applications should be made on export authorization forms. and additional copies of Appendices III - V are obtainable from the Department's Textiles Licensing Office.
