Dear Martin,
Anglo-Benelux Agreed Minute on Trade
Mr. Tippetts has asked me to reply to your letter of 4th Octoh'r about Serraris' request for the texts of the Agreed Minutes with other Common Market countries which have accepted the inclusion of British Czergens ferritories.
I am enclosing copies of the full text of the Agreed Minutes with Prance and Germany but would ask you to show Serruris only the appropriate extracts and, of courge, in confidence. We feel that this is as far as we can go without seeking French and Germon permission und hope tìmit it will be sufficient for Serrarig'
purpose.
You will see that the French Areed Minute is not in the same form as the German and Benelux ones. We have not considered it appropiate to approach the French on the subject of revision!
