On importation into the Benelux countries, the Benelux customs authorities require all cotton textiles from Hong Kong to be covered by certificates of Hong Kong origin issued by this Department.
Penalties
8.
Companies which fail to ship at least 95% of the quantities approved may be debarred from participating in similar schemes in future, or, if they are quota holders, may have their quota reduced by an amount equivalent to the short shipment.
