between the United Kingdon
and the Benelux Countries

Representatives of the Government of the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and rep-
rosentatives of the Government of the Kingdom of the
Hetherlands and of the Government of the Kingdom of
Belgium (acting also for the Government of the Grand
Duchy of Luxembourg) met in
in order to discuss arrangements

for trade between on the one hand the United Kingdom
and those territories for whose international relations
the Government of the United Kingdon are responsible
(hereinafter referred to as "the United Kingdom Over-eas
Territories") and on the other hand the Kingdom of the
Netherlands the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy
of Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as the Benelux
countries). They reached the following understanding.
In respect of those goods which are, still subject
to import quota rostrictions the Government of the United
Kingdom will approve imports from the Benelux countries,
and the Governmonts of the Benelux countries will approve
imports from the United Kingdom and its Overseas Terri-
tories, during the period of application of the present
Agreed Minute, in accordance with the quotas shown in
the Annex.
