10. This is just a gigantic muddle. The figures
look impressive, but the Swedes do not even know
what the trade consists of. We have a rather
similar catch-all heading covering 25 million prices
in 1968. Production has fallon, but the correlation
between production and imports in the past is very
wook and until someone can find out who is being
injured we should resist restraint.
