The Hong Kong Government will not include within the scope
of this restraint jackets, jumpers, sweaters, cardigans and
pullovers that are substantially embroidered or beaded.
2. The Hong Kong Government will provide the Government of
Sweden with monthly statistics of licenses. issued for exports
to Sweden of the items concerned.
3. The Hong Kong Government understand that the Government of
Sweden will provide the Hong Kong Government with quarterly
statistics of total imports and of imports from other signi- ficant suppliers of each of the items concerned.
4. If in the period 1st July 1968 to 30 June 1969 exports
from Hong Kong to Sweden of the garments listed in paragraph 2
of mý letter of 14 February 1969 are less than the levels specified in column (c) of that paragraph, Hong Kong may,
during the period 1st July 1969 to 30 June 1970, export amounts
equivalent to such short-falls, provided that such exports
