With reference to para 5 of Hong Kong Telegram 274 of 2nd April 1969, I am enclosing with this letter two copies of:-

the Swedish note handed over by the Consul General in Hong Kong on 22nd March 1969, together with its enclosures;
and
the Hong Kong reply handed over by the Director of the Commerce and Industry Department on 3rd April, 1969.
I shall be grateful if you will pass to the Board of Trade a copy of each of the enclosures to this letter.
