Referring to our consultations here in Geneva during February 5-7, 1969, I only wish to confirm the state- ment made by the Swedish delegation during the course of these consultations 1.0. that the restraint levels established for jackets, jumpers ete. and anoraks and similar jaskets etc. in no way sould be considered as a precedent for future agreements between the two parties regarding the restraint levels for those items.
