Exports of certain cotton textiles to Norway :

Swing Scheme - Phase II

I. refer to paragraph 2 of Notice to Exporters, Series 6 (E.F.T.A.): No. 22/68 of 13th December 1968. Phase I of the

swing scheme has now ended and Phase II will commence on 5th March 1969. It will be administered under the same conditions as Phase I except that

(a) the percentage limit of 10 imposed under Phase I

will no longer apply; and

(b) the scheme will be thrown open to companies which

do not hold quota in the categories concerned, subject to their being able to provide the necessary yardage.
