The Hong Kong Government will provide the Government of Sweden with monthly statistics of exports of the items concerned.

4.

The Hong Kong Government understand that the Government of Sweden will provide the Hong Kong Government with quarterly statistics of total imports and of imports from other significant suppliers of each of the items concerned.

5.

I have also been asked to inform you that the Hong Kong

Government may review this decision if, as a result of it, Hong Kong is placed in an inequitable position vis à vis any third country. Should the Hong Kong Government decide to review the decisiðn für this or for any other reason, they will consult with the Government

of Sweden.

6.

This letter supersedes my letter of 4 July 1968.
