Sir,
I have the honour to acknowledge, the receipt of your
letter of 14 February 1969 reading as follows.
"I have the honour to refer to my letter of 4 July
1968 in which I informed you that the Hong Kong Government
had decided to restrain exports to Sweden of certain garments
for twelve months from 1 July 1968.

The Hong Kong Government have decided to replace the arrangements notified in that letter, and will now restrain
exports to Sweden of the garments listed below to the limits
indicated for twelve months from 1 July 1968
