I have also been asked to inform you that the Hong Kong
Government may review this decision if, as a result of it, Hong Kong
is placed in an inequitable position vis-a-vis a third country.
Should the Hong Kong Government decide to review the decision for
this or for any other reason, they will consult with the Government
of Norway.
