Swing Scheme
Phase II
Further to Notice to Exporters: Series 2 No. 8/68, quota holders are advised that Phase II of the swing scheme commences today. Applications from companies currently holding quota to increase their holdings during the remainder of the current textile year are now invited.

Phase II of the scheme will be administered under the same conditions as Phase I except for the modifications detailed in the following paragraphs.

The percentage limitations on maximum permissible swing increases applied in Phase I are removed; applications by indivi- dual companies are now limited to the maximum quantities per category indicated below:-
