Swing Scheme Phase II

Further to Notice to Exporters, Series 4 No. 14/68
dated 11th December, 1968, quota holders are advised that Phase II of the Swing Scheme commences to-day.
2.
Phase II of the Scheme will be administered under the same conditions as Phase I except for the modifications detailed in the following paragraphs.
3.
Applications are now invited from companies currently holding quota and wishing to increase their holdings during the remainder of the current textile year. The percentage limitations related to quota allocations applied in Phase I are removed; applications by individual companies are now limited to the maximum quantities per category shown hereunder.
