In view of discussions which took place
with Stans in London earlier this year and
close Kinisterial interest hero in implications
of whole questica of US textile policy, we
think it important that MELVILLE should take
the Chair at any meetings between US and
Hong Kong a representatives in Geneva on
non cotton textiles and are telegraphing hin
separately.
