Thank you for showing me the brief which the Hong Kong Department of Commerce and Industry had prepared for the Stans talks.
I think it would be a good thing if Mr. Dunnett in the Board of Trade were to see this brief and take a copy if he wished. There is every advantage in his knowing the Hong Kong point of view on the various live commercial issues which are covered in the brief.
