Mills letter of 6 Kay (not to F.C.0.): Visit of United States Secretary of Commerce Stans to Taiwan.
Since Stans is expected to be in Taiwan for only one day before travelling direct to Hong Kong, and since I am not permitted to deal direct with central authorities here with whom Stans will be talking, it seems most unlikely that I can send any worthwhile report of his reception in Taiwan to reach you before Stans arrives in Hong Kong.
