THE HIGH COMMISSIONER for India in Loulon, Mr. Shanti Svarup Dhavar. has lodged a strong protest with Mr. Anthony Crosbund, Presid nt of the Board of Trade, again the decision of the British Government to impose a 15 per cent, import duty on cotton textiles from 1972.
