Kingdom Government after consultation with the Government of the

Authority to negotiate and conoluded agreements of purely local
concern with any independent member of the Commonwealth or any Associated State or British dependent territory or the United States,
of America or such other authorities as the Government of the Bahama
Islands may request and the United Kingdom Government may approve.
