Perhaps I should vary slightly what I said in paragraph 4 about OECD. It occurs to me that the Delegation's annual reviews might be of some interest to Hong Kong. But they are the only communications from the Delegation which I can recollect over the period since October last as being of interest to Hong Kong. If arrangements can be made to select prints for Hong Kong at the London end, then no doubt the Delegation's annual review would be picked up. But if, as seems likely, such arrangements cannot be made then we could write to the Delegation in Paris asking them to supply Hong Kong with copies of annual reviews and making it clear that this would be a rarity any other material of general interest.
