American offer. The new U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Mr. Stans, would be coming to Brussels to see the Commission on 14 April. The Commission had asked the U.S. Mission here to suggest that he should be accompanied by Greenwald, so that there could be some substantive discussion of the prospects of the UNCTAD preferences scheme on that occasion.
