With reference to our telephone conversation this morning, I attach copies of cables exchanged between Bill Dorward and Derek Jones from which you will note that it has been decided that Dorward should not attend the O.E.C.D. Ad Hoc Group Meeting starting next Tuesday. Would you be good enough to so inform the Board of Trade? I apologise for the roundabout fashion in which this decision is being notified to you.
