But in general the Hong Kong Government were in pretty close touch through Mr. Jones' attendance on their behalf at meetings both in Paris and Geneva.
10. These exchanges with Mr. Kemmis on Hong Kong were less satisfactory, but I thought it advisable, in view of his forthcɔming attitude in other respects, at least to wait until Mr. Goldsmith's views are known before considering whether to take the matter to a higher level in the Board of Trade.
