Article 15

This Regulation shall not be an impediment to application of the
Regulations on a common organisation of xxx agricultural markets,
Sof or Regulations Nos. 160/66/EEC and 170/67/BEC. The provisions
of this Regulation may be applied complementarily to those Regulation,
and, except for Artide 14(4), in derogation from the provisions
contained therein substituting protection measures at the rász
for any quantitative import restrictions andx or similar measures.
Article 16

Bach Member State shall take, not later than 31 January, 1969,
for applying
all necessary measure kaxxx this Regulation. It shall
immediately notify the Commission accordingly, and the Commission
shall in turn forward without delay such information to other Mamber
States

Not later than three months before the end of the transition
period, the Council, ruling on a proposal of the Commission on a
vote,
qualified majority shall decide what adjustments are to be made
setting up
to this Regulation, taking a ccount of the tradition of a common
trave policy.
