(a) studying the results of the afore-mentioned measures,

(b) verifying whether the conditions to their anfaкazkant being
applied do still exist.
2. When the Commission after hearing the opinions expressed within the Committee, finds that those measures must be repealed or amended:
any
(a) Provided the Council has not taken wxx measu reg in
accordance with Article 10(1) and Article 11 (3)(4) and (5), it shall modify or repeal without delay the measures enforceable pursuant to Article 11(1) and immediately notifies the Council accordingly;

(b)in other cases, it propose to the Council the repeal or amend-
гиве ment of the measures taken. The Council shall vids on a
qualified majority.
TITLE V
Transitional and Final Provisions
Article 14
1. Pending the introduction of a common trade policy in accordance with Article 113 of the Treaty, the following rules shall apply, that of paragraph 2 being in derogation from Article 4, that of paragraph 3 in derogation from Article 5(1) and those of paragraph 4 and 5 complementary to other provisions of this Regulation.
