Article 4
"hen the preliminary import notice satisfies the conditions Ixidx
shall specified in Article 3, the competent authority certify it, or
issue an imported document which has value of certified notice.
ARTicle 5
1. The certified preliminary import notice shall be valid for
an import transations carried out in the Community.
2.
This notice shall only be used provided the system of import
under which it has been certified remains in force, in respect of the
within transactions in question, and for a maximum period which shall be
determined in accordance with the same procedure and at the same
time
as the products under supervision taking into account the
nature of the products and the other particular aspects of the
transactions in question.
Article 6
Free circulation
1. Sevedan totait of a product under supervision shall
be subject to a certified preliminary import notice being produced
umbuittedx which satisfies the conditions laid down by this
Regula ti on.
2. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall not impede free circulation
in case the unit price at which the transaction is carried out
exceeds the price shown in the notice, or the total value of amount
exceeds by less than 5% that shown in the notice. The Commission,
