The provisions do not apply (of Article 3 to a Member State

quantitatud import

where that Member State introduces restrictions in the quantities

ted in relation to other Member States and in accordance

with the provisions of the Treaty;

where that Member State

qucntitative import

introduces restrictionsin the quantities

imported in relation to countries listed in Annex II hereto

under the conditions xid specified in Articles 108 and 109 of

the Treaty;

where international agreements entered into by that ember State make

quantitative import

mindey it compulsory for that State to introduce restrictions

in the quantities imported;

where that Member State: introduces restrictions in the quantities in order

quantitative import

imported to implement a bilateral agreement and subject to

its

respecting the provisions of Council Detcision of 9 October, 1961

and in particular Article 4 thereof.

Article 8

1. The provisions of this Regulation shall be applied subject to

the special rules laid down in agreements concluded between the

Community and third countries.

2. This Regulation isx¤¤±±raryxte shall not prevent the application in full of regulations on a common organisation of the

agricultural markets; the provisions of Articles 5, 6 and 7

not apply to products falling under those regulations.
