I attach a copy of the latest departmental Programme of Legislation of the Labour Department and Mines Department as you requested in your saving despatch. You will note that the Programme is to be reviewed on 20th March, 1969 and I will arrange for copies of the revised Programme and any subsequent Programmes to be sent to you. For your information, the departmental Programme is reviewed at about six weeks' intervals.
