the heading should simply read "Overɛena Servicc Aid Scheme" , cf. paragraph 2(b).
In the ninth line of sub-paragraph (1) we suggest that "transfers of MVOCS officers" should read "promotion, transfere and discipline of EMOCE officers".
In the last line of sub-paragraph (1) we, suggest the insertion after "O.D.." of the words "on such issues" to make it clear that the P.C.O. do not wish to receive copies of correspondence on day-to-day mattere.
In sub-paragraph (11)(d) we think that the words "where emergency hospital treatment is required" should be omitted, but this would need to be checked with the O.D.*. We understand that whether or not hospital treatment is required in this country or indeed whether the casualty is coming to this country or not - the usual practice is for Governors to notify the 0.D., of the casualty and for the 0.D.H. to inform the next of kin as appropriate and the P.0.0.
(d) Minor textual ssendments:
Paragraph 2: insert bracket after "project". Paragraph 2(d); insert "of" after "organisation". Paragraph 3(1)(b) "derived".
Paragraph 3(iii); "derived" twice.
First line of third sub-paragraph formas
substitute"are".
