Illegal Strikes and Lockouts Ordinance (Chapter 61)
Further to my saving despatch of 28th November, 1968, action is proceeding on local consultations on this Bill and recently it was unanimously approved without amendment by the Labour Advisory Board. It will be considered by the UMELCO group on labour matter within the next few days.
However, I am anxious to receive your comments and would be grateful for an early reply to my previous saving despatch.
