Enclosed are two copies of the Industrial Relations Handbook,
referred to in paragraph 3 of our Despatch No. 285. Chapter 10
refers to Wages Councils etc.
2. It is regretted that owing to a strike at the Stationery
Office it was not possible to send these books with the above
Despatch.
