I have minuted separately about the
discussions in Hong Kong on labour legislation.
2.
I have spoken to Mr. Foggon about
Mr. Goodwin and have agreed with him that there is no need for further minuting on this.. Mr. Foggon told me that the present intention is to leave
Fr. Goodwin in Hong Kong until March and to replace him then by Mr. Ian McCulloch on a six months'
contract.
