The study is now being reproduced for circulation as a
DRWP paper.
The stencils have been cut and a start has been
made to-day on duplication.
2. I attach a draft covering paper, based on your correspondence
with Mr. Lawrence-Wilson at (8) and (9). The paper's number has
already been allocated by the Cabinet Office and I have said that
it should be ready for circulation by the end of this week.
