Long-Term Policy Towards Hong Kong (PC(69)3)
The Committee considered a paper (circulated as
PC(69)3) embodying the conclusions and recommendations of
a paper prepared for Ministers on Long-Term Policy
towards Hong Kong. After a general discussion, a number
of amendments to a draft brief for the Foreign Secretary
were agreed.
