Lord Shepherd has received a letter from May Fung,
producer of Television Broadcasts Ltd., inviting him to take part in programme "Youth Wants to Know" It is said to be half-hour programme on current
affairs in which the guest engages in a question and
answer discussion with three students under a "permanent Chairman".
2. As indicated in Moreton's letter of 23 April Lord Shepherd does not wish to appear on television.
But if you consider that this opportunity could be
