2. No visits to Hong Kong are at present
planned for 1970/71. As for the current year,
we need to provide for one ministerial visit to
Hong Kong and two official visits (on the basis
(79) on HWB 1/7 outlined in my minute to you dated 26 September,
1968), with the same order of financial provision
