Country Club are only a win away from clinching this year's Women's "A" league tennis title.

Having beaten the Ladies' Recreation Club twice, they only need another win in their re- maining two matches against South China.

Though without the ser- vices of Ling Tsui Yuen- yuen, in England for the county tournaments, they look capable of making it.

Health means longevity. That is the "profit" you get from leading a healthy life.

To be healthy, one has to exercise.

One who exercises daily attains stamina.

Stamina is the closest word describing the com- bination of "hei" and "s'un."

Hei, as mentioned in the last article, is the ability to direct a stream of force (k'in in this instance) to hit an opponent or to block blow.

а

Hei is also the ability to fight for long periods with- out running out of breath. S'un means awareness.

A healthy person is a person with stamina.

In Chinese boxing, this is s'un.

A person with stamina in this modern age, then, is bound to succeed in his career he is alert and can put his whole mind

on the job he is doing.
