HONG KONG LAW REPORTS
For long the system of law reporting in Hong Kong has been in need of an overhaul. There is no up-to-date Cumulative Index. There is no Statute Citator. Such Case Citator as there is is haphazard. In March 1967, with a view to making proposals to Government on the matter, the Bar Committee started to make inquiries.
There has been a useful exchange of correspondence with the Editor of the Malayan Law Journal who has been extremely helpful and co-operative in providing information on the system of law reporting in Malaysia and Singapore.
