Secretary of the communist Chinese Reform Association, member of the All Circles A.P.S.C. and Secretary of the C.R.A. A.P.S.C. A very militant communist, the driving force behind the C.R.A., which has members throughout the Colony. He used his influence to incite and organise extreme violence by his subordinates prior to his arrest.
The Vice-Chairman of the Sai Kung A.P.S.C. and former Vice-Chairman of the communist-controlled Sai Kung Rural Committee and Super.. visor of the Yuk Yin School, Sha Kok Mei Village, who used his position to influence communists, particularly youths, in the area to participate in a violent can- paign against the Hong Kong Government. This included the formation of a combat group which was responsible for terrorist
activities.
The Headmaster of the Sai Kung Public School and a principal organiser of communist activity in the Sai Kung area for many years. In his profession he has considerable influence over the youth of the area and incited civil disorder and strikes. His leadership was largely responsible for the extent of terrorist acti- vity which developed in the area during 1967.
