Chairman of the H.K. Electric Company Chinese Workers' Union formed the Union A.P.S.C.; and incited workers to disrupt. electricity supply.
Vice-Chairman of an A.P.S.C. in the Clearwater Bay area; directed its activities which included painting slogans and manufacturing

Member of a 'Fighting Group' in the Yuen Long area; planned to assassinate the Divisional Super- intendent of Police, Yuen Long, and to blow up a helicopter on E.K.I.
