On the 19 December 1968, I replied
in the House to a Question by you concerning
persons imprisoned in Hong Kong following
the disturbances in the Colony during
1967. In the course of my reply, I under-
took to send you details of any such prisoners
who may, at any time during their sentences,
have undergone the punishment of separate
(solitary) confinement.
Ru I have now learnt from the Governor
that none of the prisoners in question has
undergone this punishment.
