Review Procedure
4. A detained person can lodge objections against his detention
to a Committee of Review immediately after the Order is made and
thereafter at intervals of not less than two months.

The Committee is an advisory one, but its recommendations
are not lightly disregarded.
6. Each case is carefully examined by the law officers before
a detention order is made. The reasons for detention are given
to the detainee. At the discretion of the Committee of Review,
the detainee may present his objections through counsel, solicitor
or other agent.
