May I put forward the thought that these points should be made clear to future visitors to Hong Kong. It would be wrong, I suggest, to make such visits strictly confidential' as one of the MPs proposed. On the other hand the pitfalls of exposing oneself completely to the press should be explained, and the recommendation to tread like Agag might be made.
