A copy of your confidential letter of 8 August to
Hong Kong, about Lord Shepherd's proposed visit has been passed to this Section by Establishment and Organisation Department, D.S.A.0., as one of the functions of Conference Section is to make the administrative arrangements for Ministers' visits overseas.
When the dates for the visit have been finally agreed we shall be pleased to make whatever travel arrangements are required after the Prime Minister's approval for Lord Shepherd's visit has been obtained.
