(1) that I should reply to the Governor of
Hong Con
(ii) that I should write a letter to
Sir Michael Adcane (which he could show
to the Cueon) setting up the position;
(iii) that we should consider whether a visit to
Malaysia would or would not include the
Borneo territories.
(My brief did not
cover this point and the High Commissioner's
letter is not on the file)
