Unofficial members of Executive and Legislative Councils have extended an invitation to the Secretary of State and accompanying Officials to an informal dinner following the Government House Reception proposed for 6th March (rather than to lunch as first suggested). the absence of Mrs. Bowden, wives would not be invited.
