Secretary of State agrees to give short recorded interview for radio and television, are puzzled by time suggested, viz. between 1700 and 1800 hours, since meeting with Federation of Industries and C.M.A. is timed to start at 1700 hours. Grateful for clarification. He would need a little time before radio and television interviews for preparation,
3. We agree that introductory remarks can be left for discussion after arrival, but we would still appreciate some indication of topics (other than Common Market) likely to be raised at meetings with Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Industries and C.M.A.
