Bowden Visit.

Question of safeguarding Hong Kong's interests, if and when Britain joins Common Market, was among matters discussed at meeting today Monday between Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs and Unofficial Members of Executive and Legislative Councils.

Discussions, held in Executive Council Chamber, lasted an hour.

Earlier, Mr. Bowden had talks with Commander British Forces, Colonial Secretary, Financial Secretary and Political Adviser.

In afternoon Mr. Bowden visited Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Technical College and a toy factory in industrial area of San Po Kong. In evening he attended reception at Government House and dinner given by Unofficial Members of Executive and Legislative Councils.
